ROAD TRIP: drawing a perimeter of the united states (2009—2010) was a three-month, 8800-mile loop around the the United States and Canada, with performances and/or collaborative efforts in 31 cities and towns. The project involved the repeated performance of three scores: this is it, a score for improvisers; 4’33”, a reimagining of David Tudor’s performance of John Cage’s piece as a participatory video; and road trip, a series of drawings.
