Kimmel/Moré/Wick

Kimmel/Moré/Wick is a collaborative improvisational trio with Chicago-based improvisers Jeff Kimmel (bass clarinet) and David Moré (singing saw, objects) and Brooklyn-based trumpet player Jacob Wick. The trio, heavily influenced by the behavior of Alex Halsted, performs quiet, textural improvisations that hold to the limits of instrumental communication.

On April 9, 2011, Kimmel/Moré/Wick will release their debut recording, tilting, on Chicago-based CD-R label peira.
